Gold Daze
This photograph was created in early autumn of 2021. Taken from the Rough Ridge summit on the Tanawha Trail and Mountain-to-Sea trail, this showcases a mountain face I thought looked like the famed kaiju, Gamera, during a deep hibernation with life sprouting from its shell.
Paper
Printed on Red River Aurora Art White 300, this is a 100% cotton fiber, semi-smooth (hot press) fine art and photography paper. Aurora White features a brighter white shade for crisp color tones, a semi-smooth surface, and an acid-free base stock and coating. Aurora is 100% fiber made from cotton linters. These linters are considered "recovered fibers" by the EPA. By using linters, Aurora production is using what would have become waste. It's a win for the environment and a win for you!
